Returns & Exchanges

We understand that CPAP therapy varies for each individual and will work with you to find the equipment that works best for you. Returns of applicable products are accepted within 30 days from the original ship date if the material(s) is unopened and unused. Defective material(s) may be returned within the same time period after usage reveals the product to have a defect. A return processing fee of 15% will be deducted from the original purchase cost and a credit for the difference will be provided.

No credits, refunds or replacements will be processed prior to the return receipt of the materials at one of our facilities, and following an examination of the materials by our clinical team.

Machine products, including CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, and humidifiers, can not be returned once the parcel has been opened, whether usage has been logged to the device or not. Due to their personal healthcare classification, these products can not be resold to patients or returned to manufacturers. Machines (CPAP, APAP, BiPAP) experiencing technical and/or functional issues that are no longer under manufacturer warranty may be serviceable by the manufacturer. These service policies vary by manufacturer and may have associated fees. Please contact your device manufacturer for more information.
