Eligibility

The cpapRX Gift Card Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Trustees, Board Members, Employees, interns, or partners of cpapRX, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway is sponsored by cpapRX, 130 Warren Street Suite 130 Beaver Dam, WI 53916 (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with any other public company, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and/or Twitter.

Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:01 am EDT on December 09, 2020 and ends at 11:59pm EDT on December 31, 2020 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

How to Enter

Entrants are only required to submit their email address to be entered into the giveaway. Visit https://cpaprx.com/cpaprx-gift-card/ to enter. 

You may only enter one time per person, and you may not use an agency or automated system to enter. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any additional entries or entries that do not comply with these Official Rules. By entering, you indicate your unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. You cannot win a prize unless you comply with all requirements in these Official Rules.

Selecting Winner

Winner will be selected at random from all the entries submitted. Chances of winning will be dependent on the total number of entries. No purchase necessary. Selection to take place the first week of January 2021.

Potential Winner Requirements

Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, including proof of age, and liability/publicity release within 14 days. If a potential winner fails to return these documents on time, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place.

Winners agree to allow cpapRX to use their name, feedback, images, and/or other content to promote cpapRX on their website and through other marketing channels.
